Product Details
The #34 car was one of five cars built by the Studebaker factory for the 1932 and 1933 Indy 500s.
The #34 car was re-bodied with its current streamlined body which was one of the first racecars to be designed with the aid of a wind tunnel.
This is the only surviving Studebaker Indy Racer with the streamlined 1933 body.
The car went through a series of owners before industrial designer Brooks Stevens acquired #34 in 1957, restoring the car to its 1933 configuration after previously being rebodied as a 2-door
