Studebaker produced hearses in both its horse-drawn and automobile eras.
This hearse belonged to the Forest G. Hay funeral home in South Bend, Indiana.
Features included: sterling silver candlesticks, fringed curtains, and curved glass doors in the front and rear.
A trap door in the hearse’s floor allows a person to stand while cleaning the interior.
